Course Description
In this course, you will learn about the fundamentals of Migrating workloads to Microsoft Azure.
The course will cover the core tenants of the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework as well as the governance requirements such as networking, identity, and security needed to create landing zones for your migration.
In the course we will use the Azure Migrate tool to perform an assessment of existing servers as well as use the tool to migrate a simulated on-premises workload to Azure.

Course Outline
Introduction to the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
In this module, you will learn core concepts of CAF such as planning your cloud footprint, building landing zones, sizing compute, best practices for monitoring and security.
Migrating workloads to Azure
In this module, we will take a deep dive into using the Azure Migrate tool. We will cover using Azure Migrate for assessments, as well as using it to migrate databases, web apps, and servers.
Optimizing Workloads in Azure
In this module, we will discuss common strategies for monitoring and optimizing cloud consumption to help make the most out of your cloud expenses.
