In this course, you’re introduced to Azure Arc-enabled servers. You’ll cover Arc-enabled server deployment, updates to Arcenabled servers using Azure Update Manager and configuring Microsoft Defender for Cloud for Azure Arc-enabled servers

Audience Profile

For this course, leaners will demonstrate the ability to manage Azure Arc–enabled servers. Candidates should have experience
creating resources by using the Azure portal and experience with cloud and on-premises management platforms. They should also
have experience managing virtual machines (VMs) and databases as if the VMs and databases are running in Azure, along with
experience automating tasks by using PowerShell and the Azure CLI. Candidates need experience implementing Azure Arc
governance by using Azure Policy. They should also have knowledge of security concepts, like identities, permissions, and
encryption.
