Elizabeth McAndrew-Benavides is a twenty year technology training leader who recently joined Opsgility to support Microsoft training efforts in Washington, D.C.
Most recently, Elizabeth led a team at the Electric Power Research Institute. This team supported the development and delivery of training programs to the global electric sector. The EPRI Training Department worked with experts to create and administer over 600 courses on a broad set of energy related topics and tracked global participation data via a publicly facing learning management system.
Elizabeth graduated from Purdue University with a nuclear engineering degree before working for Constellation Energy in various engineering and operations roles. She then joined the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), the industry’s policy organization that focuses on advancing nuclear energy use in the United States, where she was responsible for the education, training and workforce development portfolio.
During her career, Elizabeth served as the Vice President of the Center for Energy Workforce Development, President of North American Young Generation in Nuclear, and Chairmen of the American Nuclear Society’s Education, Training and Workforce Development Division. Elizabeth supported the research conducted by the OECD’s Nuclear Energy Assembly, established the U.S.’s community college education effort called the Nuclear Uniform Curriculum Programs and streamlined the nuclear industry’s onboarding and training qualification efforts under Delivering the Nuclear Promise.
Elizabeth has a M.A. in Educational Leadership from the College of Notre Dame, finished her coursework for an EDD from Nova Southeastern University.
David Ledvina is a Senior Account Training Specialist at Opsgility where he has worked for 2 years to help train and re-skill large organizations in Microsoft Azure and 365. He is originally from Ohio where he received his degree in economics from John Carroll University prior to moving to the Dallas area. David has 13+ years of consulting and management experience with a focus on IT and technology and now specifically Azure and 365. He has received the below certifications for AZ-900, MS-900, and AI-100 and has plans to continue broadening his technical skills and knowledge.
David is able to provide in-depth knowledge to his clients to help them build out a learning plan for their entire organization. He works to ensure that all client needs are met and that the trainings are impactful for each participant. David is interested in consulting directly with each client to make sure that we are delivering the correct trainings based on their needs. Opsgility has the ability to deliver trainings virtually, on-site, or through our on-demand platform called SkillMeUp which includes an additional 5 ways to learn. This allows David to offer a customizable experience to each of his clients.

Amanda Reverberi is a Senior Account Training Specialist who has over 4 years of experience within the Microsoft Azure space, obtaining the below certifications. On the technical side, she started her career with Microsoft technologies on the Business intelligence space, focusing heavily on data analytics and visualizations. As she grew her experience into the Microsoft Azure world, she underwent several training workshops, labs and courses to best understand the fundamentals of Azure. She prides herself in continuous education on the cloud platform to sharpen her knowledge on the numerous services Azure has to offer and stay up to date with new releases.
On the training and development side, she’s designed and created numerous learning plans, either tactically around specific technologies, or strategically around digital transformation and cloud modernization. To ensure the plan results in maximum efficiency, she always monitored, evaluated and advised accordingly.

Scott Hoag (MCT, MCITP, MCPD) is a Principal Cloud Solution Architect with Opsgility where he drives the adoption of Microsoft's cloud platforms for Opsgility and Skill Me Up's customers. As a consultant, trainer, public speaker, and author that has been developing content for Microsoft technologies in multiple domains including Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft 365, he is well versed in creating technical content, including documentation, videos, and code sample for all audiences - from beginners to experts.
Scott is deeply involved in technical communities and volunteers his time in multiple ways. He is the co-founder of the Azure Cloud User Group in Jacksonville, FL, presents at local user groups, and free community events whenever possible.
Scott is also the co-host of the Microsoft Cloud IT Pro Podcast, a weekly podcast that focuses on Microsoft cloud technologies. Since its creation two years ago, it has had over 360,000 downloads and continues to grow month-over-month.
Ryan Casey, MBA combines the collaborative and creative arts included in Technical Communication, the business acumen of a Harvard Curriculum based MBA Program, and the technical discipline of Data Solutions Architecture, Azure Data Platform and Strategic Analytics Engineering, and Modern Data Warehousing (Cloud, Big Data, Data Lake).
Andrew is a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect with Opsgility and lives near Seattle WA. He holds a BS in Information Technology at UMASS Lowell.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers taking virtual training classes, writing and testing new hands-on labs, and supporting customers on the SkillMeUp.com learning platform. This role requires strong technical experience, a technical writing background, as well as excellent customer service.
