Position Overview 

The Account Executive is a dynamic, results-driven professional who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology training and enablement space, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Revenue Generation: 

  • Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment. 
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through effective pipeline management and execution. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for Opsgility’s services. 
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored training solutions that align with their strategic goals. 

Market & Industry Expertise: 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to effectively position Opsgility’s offerings. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating deep knowledge of cloud platforms and IT enablement strategies. 

Collaboration & Teamwork: 

  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  • Provide feedback to product teams to refine and expand Opsgility’s service offerings based on customer needs. 

Reporting & Analysis: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. 
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to the Sales Manager. 

Qualifications 

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 

Experience: 

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales in technology or training services. 
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a strong plus. 

Skills: 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all organizational levels. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
