Course Overview
MS-721T00-A: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer is a hands-on, instructor-led training course designed to equip IT professionals with the skills needed to plan, configure, and manage Microsoft Teams Phone and collaboration solutions for enterprise environments.
Participants will learn how to design and implement Teams Phone, manage Direct Routing and Operator Connect, configure calling features, deploy Microsoft Teams Rooms, and monitor and maintain a secure, high-quality communication experience. The course emphasizes enterprise voice architecture and the integration of Teams with telephony and conferencing systems to support hybrid workforces.
This course also prepares learners for the associated Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Expert certification.
