Microsoft Federal Training FAQ
How much training can I take for 1 token?
- 1 token can be used for 1 day of training for 1 person. Multiple tokens can be combined for classes that are more than 1 day.

- There may be additional training available for your organization. Please reach out to discuss!
How to register on the public schedule?
- You should have received an email with a link to a Token Survey URL. To access your tokens, click the link and on the survey that opens scroll down
- After you click the link, complete the survey and copy the tokens prior to clicking submit.
- Distribute the tokens to members of your organization that need to take the training.
- Users can then go online to https://opsgility.com/microsoft-federal-training and register using their tokens.
- Token requirements: Each token is valid for one student for one day of training.
- Example: AI-102 is a 4 day class so each student would need 4 individual tokens.
- Once they click the link above, they will then need to click the Register button.
- Users will then add their tokens to the registration form and click Submit for Approval.
- Users/Tokens will be approved within 3-5 business days.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Class cancellations may be made up to 5 business days prior to class start. Email microsoftfederal@opsgility.com if you need to cancel your attendance. Tokens will not be re-issued due to no-shows.
