Opsgility trainer certification process
Trainers are actively recruited by Opsgility Personnel OR passively contact Opsgility with an enquiry and desire to become a certified trainer.
Trainer Candidates are interviewed by our team of technology experts. Typically a panel interview process, we are gauging several key attributes of a truly expert trainer.
Opsgility Subject Matter Expert contact the Trainer Candidate to explore their comprehension of the course(es) they are being considered to conduct.
Candidate conducts a 'Teach-Back' with the Opsgility Subject Matter Expert to gauge thair comprehension and delivery of the course material.
Opsgility issues a provisional approval for the Trainer to conduct a classroom training under the supervision of Opsgility personnel.
Classroom attendees are invited to submit anonymous feedback from the training event. Feedback is gathered by Opsgility Project Management and reviewed one-on-one with the Certified Trainer Candidate.
Based on the feedback and overall attendee rating, the trainer will be certified or not.

We closely review the feedback we collect from classroom Attendees, training coordinators, organizational executives, etc. and put that feedback into action by constantly refining our process and subsequent training deliveries.
