Module 01 - Manage an Existing Data Model
In this module you will learn how to assign a type for an entity including standard, activity, or virtual, configure entity ownership, create new entities or modify existing entities and determine which type of relationship to implement including 1: N and N: N. This module will also cover how to configure entity relationship behaviors including cascading rules, create new relationships or modify existing relationships, create new fields or modify existing fields, create alternate keys for entities and configure entity properties.
Module 02 - Create and Manage Processes
In this module you will learn how to define requirements for business rules, define and implement business rule logic and define the scope for business rules. You will also learn how to configure and test business rules as well as configure a synchronous classic workflow.
Module 03 - Configure Common Data Service Settings
In this module you will how to create and manage business units, security roles, users and teams as well as field security profiles. This module will also cover how to configure hierarchy security.
Module 04 - Create Model-Driven Apps
This module will cover how to create and configure forms, views, charts, dashboards and maps. You will also learn how to select applicable assets for an app including entities, forms, views, business process flows, dashboards, and charts and share a model-drive app.
Module 05 - Create Canvas Apps
In this module you will learn how to create a canvas app, configure the Common Data Service as a data source for an app, create canvas app screens, implement form navigation, formulas, variables and collections, and error handling and build reusable components and component libraries You will also learn how to configure offline capabilities for apps, run Power Automate flows based on actions that occur in a canvas app, interpret App Checker results and resolve identified issues and test, monitor, and share apps.
Module 06 - Create Portal Apps
In this module you will learn how to create a portal app, expose Common Data Service data, configure portal web pages, forms, and navigation and configure portal security including web roles and page access.
Module 07 - Create Flows
In this module you will learn the types of flows and flow components, how to trigger a flow by using Common Data Service connectors, run actions by using the Common Data Service connector, and implement logic control. This module will also cover how to implement dynamic content and expressions, interpret and act on Flow Checker results, activate and deactivate flows as well as interpret flow analytic data.
Module 08 - Create and Manage Business Process Flows
In this module you will learn how to configure a business process flow, add business rules, workflows, and action steps to a business process flow , define stages and steps, configure parallel branches and manage the business process flow entity for a business process flow.
Module 09 - Build UI Flows
In this module you will learn the types of UI flows, how to identify use cases for UI flows, differentiate between attended and unattended UI flows and, record business process tasks.
Module 10 - Create Chatbot
In this module you will learn how to assign a chatbot to an environment, publish a chatbot, share a chatbot, add chatbots to Teams and other channels and monitor and diagnose bot performance, usage, and topic usage.
Module 11 - Configure Topics
In this module you will learn how to define topic conversation triggers, create questions, messages, and conditions, extract topics from a web page, implement greetings, escalations, error messages, and statuses and call a Power Automate flow to run an action.
Module 12 - Configure Entities
In this module you will learn how to create custom entities, implement entities in conversations and implement variables to store data.
Module 13 - Integrate Power BI with Power Apps
In this module you will learn how to create Power BI visualizations, create data flows and schedule data flow runs, filter data and build reports and dashboards. This module will also cover how to publish and share reports and dashboards, add Power BI tiles to model-driven apps and canvas app, add canvas apps to a Power BI dashboard and trigger Power Automate flows from Power BI alerts.
Module 14 - Implement AI Builder
In this module you will learn how to determine which AI Builder model type to use, create an AI Builder model, prepare source data for use by models and train, test, and publish a model. You will also learn how to consume a model by using Power Apps and consume a model by using Power Automate.
Module 15 - Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365
In this module you will learn how to add apps to Microsoft Teams, create a Teams app from a Power Apps app and configure app policies. This module will also cover how to create a Teams channel by using Power Automate and configure and use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel templates.
