Course Outline

Module 01 - Configure Organization and Management Settings
In this module you will learn how to configure administration settings including default matching strategies and quota limits, configure data sources for synchronization, create and manage templates and configure portal integration. This module will also cover how to configure landing page settings, data protection tools and social media.

Module 02 - Configure Marketing Settings
In this module you will learn how to create and manage sales readiness thresholds, create and manage lead scoring models and configure scoring conditions. You will also learn how to configure required options for publishing journeys and create and configure marketing calendars. 

Module 03 - Configure Event Settings
In this module you will learn how to configure event websites, create and manage webinar types and options, create and manage venues and sponsors. You will also learn how to create and manage vendor, logistics, and accommodations.

Module 04 - Manage Insights
In this module you will learn how to analyze contact insights, lead insights, segment insights, customer journey insights and email insights. This module will also cover how to analyze lead scoring model insights, analyze marketing page insights, analyze marketing form insights, analyze website insights and analyze redirect URL insights. 

Module 05 - Create and Manage Segments
In this module you will learn how to determine segment type, create market segments, configure dynamic segments using Designer and combine segments using union, exclude, or intersect logic.

Module 06 - Create and Manage Subscription Centers and Lists
In this module you will learn how to determine usage scenarios for subscription lists, create a subscription list, add a subscription list or lists to a form and create a segment based on a subscription list.

Module 07 - Create Marketing Forms
In this module you will learn how to determine which marketing form type to use, determine form requirements and limitations, create a marketing form using a template and create landing forms and pages.

Module 08 - Create and Manage Marketing Pages
In this module you will learn how to create marketing pages, add content to marketing pages, add forms to content blocks and apply a style to marketing pages. You will also learn how to integrate marketing pages with marketing emails, preview and validate marketing pages and publish marketing pages.

Module 09 - Create and Manage Leads
In this module you will learn how to create leads and synchronize leads from LinkedIn.

Module 10 - Create and Manage Accounts and Contacts
In this module you will learn how to create and manage accounts, create and manage contacts and manage activities. 

Module 11 - Create Email Messages
In this module you will learn how to create an email message by using a template, define mandatory fields for email messages and add dynamic content to email messages.

Module 12 - Manage Email Messages
In this module you will learn how to define message requirements, preview messages by using the Basic and Inbox options, validate and publish messages and manage Subscription Center.

Module 13 - Create Customer Journeys
In this module you will learn how to determine content types required for a customer journey and create a customer journey by using a template. You will also learn how to implement actions, targets and flow control for customer journeys.

Module 14 - Publish and Manage Customer Journeys
In this module you will learn how to configure required options for publishing journeys, check customer journeys for errors and publish a customer journey.

Module 15 - Create Events and Webinars
In this module you will learn how to create an event team, set up sessions including internal and external tracks, set up speakers, configure webinar options and create and manage event forms.

Module 16 - Manage Events and Webinars
In this module you will learn how to create event invitations, banners, and social media posts, register and check in attendees and manage speakers, registration, wait lists, and attendees.

Module 17 - Create Surveys
In this module you will learn how to create a theme and upload images, add pages to a survey and personalize data and identify survey question types. This module will also cover how to add survey questions and determine respondent types.

Module 18 - Preview, Test, and Publish Surveys
In this module you will learn how to add surveys to emails, add surveys to a web page and customer journeys as well as clone, import, and translate surveys.

Module 19 - Manage Survey Responses

 In this module you will learn how to view a summary of survey results, analyze survey responses and implement conditional logic for survey actions.
