Module 01 - Configure Sales Settings
In this module you will learn how to configure sales territories and hierarchical sales territories, configure auto number settings, configure business settings and configure sales security roles. You will also learn how to configure goal management components and create and manage sales collateral.

Module 02 - Configure Processes
In this module you will learn how to configure duplicate detection rules, record creation rules and sales business process flows.

Module 03 - Create and Configure Sales Visualizations
In this module you will learn how to configure template apps for Power BI, configure sales dashboards and design and create sales charts and design sales reports.

Module 04 - Create and Manage Accounts and Contacts
In this module you will learn how to create and manage accounts, contacts and activities.

Module 05 - Create and Manage Leads
In this module you will learn how to create and search for leads, convert activities to leads, perform lead qualification and configure status reasons.

Module 06 - Create and Manage Opportunities
In this module you will learn how to manage opportunities, track stakeholders and add product line items to opportunities. This module will also cover how to customize the Opportunity Close form and configure status reasons. 

Module 07 - Create and Manage Quotes
In this module you will learn how to add quotes to opportunities, edit quotes in various stages, send quotes to customers and convert quotes to orders.

Module 08 - Create and Manage Sales Order Processing
In this module you will learn how to manage orders, invoices and competitors. 

Module 09 - Create and Manage Products and Product Catalogs
In this module you will learn how to create and manage products, product bundles, and product families, create and manage price lists and create and manage discount lists. You will also learn how to create and manage unit groups and product life cycles.

Module 10 - Configure Integration with External Sales Applications
In this module you will learn how to implement Dynamics 365 Sales Insights and Relationship Sales, describe use cases for Customer Insights, Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder. 

Module 11 - Mange Forecasting
In this module you will learn how to configure forecasts, define properties and scheduling and select a template.

Module 12 - Create and Configure Playbooks
In this module you will learn how to define playbook categories and manage playbook templates.
