Course Outline

Module 01 - Create and Validate Documentation
In this module you will learn how to create high-level entity relationship diagram, create and document mock-ups, identify document data for migration and integration and determine out of the box (OOB) functionality. This module will also cover how to validate functional requirements and select artifacts necessary for a proof of concepts (POC) of functional solution designs.

Module 02 - Perform Continuous Collaboration with Customers
In this module you will learn how to identify collaboration tools, perform an audit, identify artifacts to be recorded in change logs and select between managed and unmanaged solutions. This module will also cover how to identify components for entities.

Module 03 - Create and Configure Apps

 In this module you will learn how to configure settings to meet minimal capabilities and configure out of the box and custom items to meet minimal capabilities specified. This module also covers how to create and configure dashboards, forms, charts, reports and views. You will also learn how to design site map, export or import Field Translation, configure apps by using App Designer, create model-driven apps, create canvas apps and create Power Apps portals.

Module 04 - Create and Configure Templates
In this module you will learn how to identify available templates in Dynamics 365, create email templates, create Excel templates and create Word templates. This module also covers how to create and configure article and campaign templates, create contact templates and create article templates.

Module 05 - Create and Manage Processes
In this module you will learn how to configure a business rule, configure a business process flow and configure a workflow. 

Module 06 - Modify an Existing Data Model
In this module you will learn how to create new or modify existing entity(s), relationships, fields and views. You will also learn how to manage accounts and contacts and create and configure Common Data Services.

Module 07 - Import and Export Data
In this module you will learn how to import data by using the import data wizard, export data from Dynamics 365, create data templates and choose file types to upload into system. This module will also cover how to identify source fields to Dynamics 365 Fields mapping, save mappings to template and import field translations.

Module 08 - Manage Data
In this module you will learn how to perform data cleanup, mitigate data loading risks and mitigate excessive database growth. You will also learn how to configure bulk record deletion, configure duplicate detection setting and implement data encryption. 

Module 09 - Configure Security in Office 365
In this module you will learn how to identify Office 365 Admin role assignments and add Users to security group administration.

Module 10 - Configure Security Settings
In this module you will learn how to manage security roles, users and teams. This module will also cover how to create and manage field security profiles and configure hierarchy security.

Module 11 - Configure App for Outlook
In this module you will learn how to identify required client software requirements, identify required server software requirements and configure server-side sync. You will also learn how to develop a plan to deploy Outlook App to users and identify minimum application and operating system environments.

Module 12 - Configure Email Integration
In this module you will learn how to configure email mailboxes, email protocols and email settings. This module will also cover how to enable server-side synchronization and enable Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

Module 13 - Integrate with Office 365
In this module you will learn how to determine enabled Office 365 capabilities, design SharePoint online folder configuration architecture, create SharePoint sites and document locations and integrate OneNote and OneDrive for Business. This module will also cover how to configure integration with the Office 365 toolset, validate integrity of data in SharePoint, integrate data by using Excel data online and integrate Teams. 

Module 14 - Create, Configure, and Maintain Power Automate Flows
In this module you will learn how to create service connections, configure source and target fields, create, validate, and execute Power Automate logic and share flows with other users. 

Module 15 - Manage Environments
In this module you will learn how to determine whether to use managed or unmanaged solution, determine subcomponents to include in a solution, create or use a custom publisher and migrate from sandbox environments. This module will also cover how to administer environments, configure environments and manage plug-in trace logs.

Module 16 – Manage Apps
In this module you will learn how to manage applications using the Dynamics 365 Admin center, manage Dynamics 365 applications using solutions and share apps.

Module 17 - Perform System Administration
In this module you will learn how to configure connection roles, language and locales, currencies, subjects and custom help. You will also learn how to configure session and inactivity timeouts, manage global audit settings, configure audit user access, manage audit logs and manage entity and field auditing. This module also covers how to configure Relevance Search, QuickFind settings, Categorized Search and Microsoft Social Engagement.

Module 18 - Perform Quality Assurance
In this module you will learn how to create system, performance, unit, and regression testing scripts, perform performance tuning and perform optimization testing. You will also learn how to verify network capacity and throughput by using the Dynamics 365 Diagnostics Tool and perform data query performance.

Module 19 - Manage Solutions
In this module you will learn how to create solutions, export solutions, import solutions and distribute solutions and patches.
